Booking and confirmation

Please book at least 48 hours before the experience so we can check availability, dietary needs and any eligible pickup arrangement.

An online submission or enquiry is a request. Your booking remains pending until Hansa Thai Cooking confirms it. Please check that the program, date, time, guest numbers and contact details in the confirmation are correct.

Availability, prices and payment

Places are subject to session capacity. Prices are shown in Thai baht (THB) and the price confirmed for the selected program and guest types will apply.

Payment instructions will be provided only through an official Hansa contact or an approved booking channel. A payment method is not available unless Hansa has expressly offered and confirmed it for the booking.

Guests and children

All attending guests must be included in the booking because every guest counts toward session capacity. Children aged 1–5 are currently free but still count toward capacity. Prices for children aged 6–12 depend on the selected program, and some programs do not accept this age group.

A responsible adult must supervise children at all times. Program-specific age, safety or participation restrictions override these general terms.

Menus, dietary needs and allergies

Menu choices and dietary options depend on the selected program. Please provide accurate dietary or allergy information when booking and tell the host again on arrival.

We will use reasonable care when preparing for a disclosed need, but ingredients are handled in a shared cooking environment. We cannot guarantee an environment completely free from cross-contact with allergens.

Pickup and arrival

Pickup and drop-off are available only for eligible programs, within Chiang Mai city and when confirmed in advance. Submitting a hotel or pickup location does not by itself confirm transport.

Please be ready at the confirmed place and time. Contact us promptly if you expect to be late, as a late arrival may affect the activities you can join.

Changes, cancellations and conduct

Changes and cancellations are handled under our Cancellation Policy. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.

Guests must follow reasonable hygiene and safety instructions and behave respectfully toward hosts, staff, other guests and property. Hansa may stop unsafe or seriously disruptive participation when necessary to protect people or property.
